Delivery

Rugs ship rolled, by parcel, anywhere in Australia.

What it costs

• Free delivery Australia-wide on orders over $150.
• $15 flat for orders of $150 or less.

Prices are in AUD and include GST.

How long it takes

• We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your order.
• Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas and 4 to 8 business days to regional areas.

Remote addresses can take longer. If so, we will email you.

What arrives

Your rug is rolled, wrapped and sent by parcel. Large rugs are heavy; the weight is on each product page. Unroll the rug as soon as it arrives and lay it flat. Creases and the smell of packaging ease within a few days.

Tracking

We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
