If a rug is not right, send it back.

Change of mind: 30 days

• You have 30 days from delivery to return a rug you have changed your mind about.
• The rug must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return postage of $15 is deducted from your refund.

Faulty or damaged

If your rug arrives faulty or damaged, returns are free and we will refund or replace it. Email a picture showing the problem and your order number. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to return a rug

1. Email hello@divanorugs.com.au with your order number.
2. We will send you the return details.
3. Roll the rug, pack it in its original packaging and send it back.

We refund to your original payment method once we have received and checked the rug.

Exchanges

To swap for another size or colour, return the rug and place a new order.
