Care
Vacuum without the beater bar, in the direction of the pile. Blot spills straight away with a clean cloth and do not rub. Rotate the rug a few times a year to even out wear and sun. New wool rugs shed loose fibre for the first few weeks; this is normal and settles. Full care guide
Pets and kids
Wool is naturally springy and hides everyday marks well. Loops can catch on long claws, so keep nails trimmed, and trim a snagged loop with scissors rather than pulling it. Use a pet-safe spot cleaner.
Delivery and returns
Rugs ship rolled, by parcel. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas and 4 to 8 to regional areas. Delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $150, otherwise $15 flat.
You have 30 days to change your mind on an unused rug in its original packaging. Return postage of $15 is deducted from your refund. Faulty or damaged rugs are returned free. Delivery and returns in full.
